Instructions for Presentations

1. Plenary Lectures

The Plenary lectures are given 60 mins (50 mins for presentation and 10 mins for discussion)

**Multimedia projectors and laser pointers are available.

2. Keynote Lectures

The Keynote lectures are given 40 mins (35 mins for presentation and 5 mins for discussion).

3. Invited Lectures

The Invited lectures are given 30 mins (25 mins for presentation and 5 mins for discussion).

4. Oral Presentations

For Oral presentation 15 mins are allotted (12 mins for presentation and 3 mins for discussion).

4. Poster Presentations

The poster board measures approximately 150 cm high by 90 cm wide. A poster number display (20cm by 20cm) is placed at the top left corner of the board.

Poster sessions are held between 5:00 pm and 6:15 pm daily from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13, February. Please check on this website for the date when your poster must be displayed and the assigned board number.

On the presentation day, authors are kindly requested to set up their poster with the supplied pushpins in between 8:00 and 9:00 on the first day and to remove it no later than 6 pm on the same day. Pushpins will be supplied at each poster board.
