Exhibition

There will be an active participation and exhibition by several X-ray equipment manufacturers from different countries.


The booth space for company's exhibits is fixed at US dollar 500 (or equivalent in Indian Rupees). This amount includes the booth space of 8 feet  x 10 feet with facilities like Tables, Chairs, Display Boards, and the name board, and also the registration for one person from your company. The participation of additional person is at the rate as mentioned in the conference homepage for the delegates from industry, and it is less than 75 US dollars (or equivalent in Indian Rupees) per person. We provide the coffee, tea, snacks, lunch and dinner to all the registered delegates all through the seminar hours.

If you wish to host the Luncheon Seminar, please let us know it in advance, since we need to reserve this slot on the first comes first basis. There are several inquiries in this regard. Some companies want to have their video and lecture presentation during the lunch time just like in several international conferences.

Also we will be opening next week the facility for the online payment of money towards registration and booth space reservation.
